You should be drinking at least 64 ounces of water each day.
The nutrition that you put into your body is imperative to good health. "You are what you eat" is actually a very true statement. If you’re constantly fueling your body with processed foods, items that are high in fats, and refined sugars, this can contribute to inflammation in the body. It can even increase your risk of developing cancer at some point in your life.
As you can see, small changes like getting enough sleep, eating healthy, drinking more water, and exercising can lead to big changes in your health. And incorporating these healthy practices into your daily life is not impossible. It just takes a little bit of effort and consistency to get on a healthy path. The payoff, in the long run, will be worth it.
